Final Paper Submission
All papers should be submitted electronically through the official SASP submission site. Authors of all the accepted papers must submit the final manuscripts electronically. Each full paper submission will be limited to 6 pages but authors are encouraged to purchase two additional pages for a fee of $100 USD per page. Short papers are limited to 4 pages and additional pages may not be purchased. To purchase additional pages in the proceedings, please fill out the form available in word or pdf format and fax it to: Deming Chen, University of Illinois Fax 217-244-1946 Email: dchen@illinois.edu For technical assistance on templates and creating IEEE Compliant PDF files, please follow the given IEEE Paper Template. Standard IEEE Transactions templates for LaTeX formats can be found here. If you are using LaTeX templates, please make sure that the authors affiliation is lited below the name of the authors at the top of the page (and not at the bottom left corner on the first page). To submit the copyright form, fill out the information requested in the short form below and press the "Submit" button. This will take you to an IEEE website where you will finish the copyright process. You may need to disable some privacy/security plug-ins for your web browser (e.g., NoScript for Firefox) in order to make the submission work. Important Date
